I feel like Lore used to be a series which told credible, well researched and documented instances of paranormal events along with events which were largely explainable by human imagination, and you didn't always know which one it would be. However, when he got a deal, they became all stories that were totally explainable.
As collection, his new style ultimately disregards the very real documentation of "the unknown." It's almost as if Lore now treats every possible phenomenon as fantasy by omission. I feel like, once he got the deal, someone told him to "stop saying that."
Can't blame the guy but it's just not what it used to be. It almost makes you wonder, though, what force stops people from talking about such things.
I haven't listened in a while. I assume he gets to throw some innocuous ghosts in there, still.
Also I'm talking about the podcast because I'm an OG. I never liked the show because it was just an exact resuscitation of the exact podcast, word for word. Much better on a long drive after midnight.
