HORRIBLE MOVIE.
This movie was not only horrible, but it lacked a real sense of “this is a super hero movie”.
First, Disney put out a hawkeye show, which basically made clint look like an old man who couldn’t do anything. btw clint fought thanos, and i do not remember seeing any purple clouds in that. (iykyk). clint was made to look like he couldn’t do anything without the help of someone else, and he was made to look like a clown while someone who has been shooting an arrow and church bells took the lead roll. sorry but it seems like maybe marvel is becoming more political rather than focused on on a superhero movie BASED OFF OF THE COMICS.
secondly, the eternals should not be considered part of the mcu universe. if they were part of the mcu universe, where were they when thanos was threatening the world…twice. thanos is a titan and many people think that titans have no beginning and no end (based off of some versions of comics) so thanos is eternal just like the eternals in this move. this is leading to say that the snaps of six infinity stones would affect any creature on earth with a soul, but somehow the eternals all didn’t get snapped away, not even one. MIRACULOUS.
all in all, there are those who love the changes that are happening with marvel, for example women lead roles, women yielding the power of thor because women need to be shown as powerful too, and different races being initiated into the mcu more. many like this, and many don’t. my personal opinion is that marvel needs to focus less on the political side of things and more of the comic side of things. women are powerful and movies do not need to drift from their original script just to prove it. many races are already in the mcu universe and i don’t care if more are added, but only for the right reasons. this is making me racist or sexist, i simply just enjoyed the old fashion marvel movies where they followed the comics. if someone disagrees with what i’m saying and thinks i’m just crazy, go look at the box office and see how much money marvel is making from their movies now vs how much they made when they followed the comics. leave well enough alone.
