I personally really enjoyed this film and don't understand why it received so much backlash. Was a bit short for my tastes, but I was entertained and even jumped more than once while watching and that's good enough for me. As a horror fan, I left the theater relatively satisfied. If I had to offer any criticism, it's that the film had a bit too many ideas that they tried to cram in a single movie.
