5 stars for me! If you’re a nitpicker then keep scrolling! Now I will concede that it’s not perfect but here’s the thing, if I wanted a carbon copy of the original series, I would just watch the original series. I went into watching this expecting changes and deviations from the original because it’s a reimagining of the original there’s no point in recreating an exact copy of a show that’s still able to be watched pretty readily. I frankly, having grown up with the original show LOVE this adaptation of it, it has just enough similarities to the original to bring you back to why you loved the animated series. I see people complaining about the lack of sexism from Sakka, who cares honestly? People are so sensitive nowadays Netflix probably knew they’d catch heat if they kept that in and Sakka is still funny without it! I will also concede it feels a little rushed but again that’s because the original was like 24 episodes per season where as this is only 8. There’s certain things they’re gonna have to cut and others they’ll have to throw in. I think it more met my expectations, it’s fun, it’s goofy and I actually like some of the changes they made. Definitely worth the watch and I really hope they keep it going with a second season

I wouldn’t call it horrible but it definitely coulda been better it seemed a little rushed through the whole thing the acting wasn’t horrible either but again some of the characters weren’t all that believable I think “Nora” was the only one that seemed genuine the idea that the camera man character went from being one type of person to another then back to the old it made little sense but it definitely had potential it was longer and more thought out
