This was a great book and very relevant to these days. If you want to fast track into its message, skip over sections in the beginning and jump right to Chapter 1. You can always go back afterwards. It was an upper level read with creative imagery merging with textbook facts. The overall reading was profoundly exhilarating and derailed a lot of my assumptions and beliefs. It is not “New Age” mumbo-jumbo and its explanations, meanings, and metaphors make sense. I learned plenty from this book and it is not just good writing, but contains invigorating content and in-depth prose.
