Emery Avery Knight

As a huge fan of PJO this doesn't disappoint. The casting is wonderful and the child actors are amazing. They have learned how to capture their characters in charming ways. Many of the reviews that have negative responses seem to be blown out of proportion. I may not remember everything accurately to the books, but many of the events were nearly identical but had details adapted to a movie screen. They had an hour time span and they really used it to the best of their ability.

The read was very dull and had no charisma. The characters were very bland as they felt like your average CSI characters. Although I did love the names... however that’s not really enough to like a character. Other than that... there was no real payoff. The villain was alright, but the idea of him was so wrapped up in transphobia he lost all value to him. I’m glad to have read it for myself, but it was a real waste of time. I recommend everyone else read it and judge it for themselves.

I’ll say that this game is one of the most charming in the series. It’s true to its nature and although the story isn’t the longest, it’s one of the most relevant and intriguing we’ve had. Game play is smooth except for some frame rate dropping when playing online. Also, some of the Pokémon in the overworked render in way too late. However, most of the glitches are due to online play, but will hopefully be fixed before too long.
