I cried when all the kids on the train, sang it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood to Mister Rogers.
Firstly, I grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, not far from WQED studios. Watched Mister Rogers neighborhood as a child...and as a preschool aged child I always felt like he was talking directly to me and I always felt good about everything he said...his words made me feel special...when nothing and no one else did...the way I grew up was abuse. That being said, I love Mister Rogers and I would have loved to see a movie about him, his family, his faith in Christ. Being born and raised in Pittsburgh, I would have loved to see my hometown on the big screen....what I saw... some guy, who I have no prior knowledge of being bitter at his father, which is completely uninteresting to me....was a waste of my time, and money......this movie was not about Mister Rogers.
