The last two specials, while they provide some laughs, have lacked a heart. Rather than the trio providing moments of sincerity about the location, landscape and cars, or actually bonding or falling out in adversity, it's just one long "let's laugh at the Scots / french".
Very disappointing and lazy in my opinion.
