A colossal waste of time and money. Ralph Fiennes, one of the most talented actors of our time, must have really needed a paycheck to lower himself to act in this movie. Ditto for Judith Light . ,They should have lit the smores at the beginning of the movie, not the end!!

The script was sheer torture. Even the talented acting of Wilem Defoe and Robert Pattinson could not redeem this. If you're feeling guilty about feeling happy, go so this movie. It is a guaranteed downer.

Truly, one of the worst movies I have seen in decades - with gratuitious violence and thinly developed plot. I wouldnt even recommend anyone wasting their time watching this on the small screen.

Hugh Jackman is a gifted and talented performer but so wrong for this role. He did NOT nail this role - this role nailed him! He did not project Gary Hart's affability nor his energy. And I think Hugh looked a bit long in the tooth to play someone like Hart. By the way, there is a segment where Jackman is delivering a speech and you can distinctly hear his Australian accent....bad film editing, guys! So disappointed that there was not enough back story in this film. Wait for it on Netflix - there is no urgency.
