Toxic vote kicking culture, the game has a tool called vote kick, where you can vote to kick other players, this is exploited, even on casual, you can get instantly kicked often when just entering a match. Last time we lost a round so some people on the already disintegrating team decided to vote someone out, already down to 4 vs 5 and I said no, next thing I get voted out. That and insta kicks out of a 4 vs 5 match. And that was playing casual!
