I always tell people I don't watch soaps, and that's kind of true, but I've been an Eastenders fan since it started back in 1985. Sometimes it's a bit silly but it's always entertaining, and I think the acting is generally very under-rated. The show has been cut back to just two nights a week now, with the current Coronavirus situation and I'm missing the other two weekly episodes, so hopefully we can see a return soon to a full schedule. Please don't anyone tell me filming is going to cease completely any time soon...whilst so many of us are self isolating, our TV's are vital additions to our daily routines and the programmes and characters we love are almost like extended families!
