The interwoven stories of the main characters is such a tapestry of stories that could actually be relevant in any period of time in the History of Humankind. The truth is that in reality no one is all bad or all good. Life is a balance between people who are able to arrange the good and bad so that the balancing is not unacceptable to each other.

I like the movie very much. There are complex characters. The actors performed very well. Marilyn Monroe was very in her role. Monroe sadly has some of the same life events that are portrayed in the movie. All the actors did well. I enjoyed the movie.

I am an avid fan of Actress Bette Davis. In this movie she was able to move from a dripping sweet Actress to a devoted fan. Then as she is shown how the fan is really out to be a replacement for her, Davis turns into a raging furious jealous woman. Davis gave a superb performance. The rest of the cast were a brilliant group of people.

I enjoyed this movie. It does point out the real issues with the criminal justice system in the United States. In many cases there is a bargaining system in the criminal justice system. Many times it is what can be achieved not what is the most allowed. There is a definite "quid pro quo" system which can cause anger and frustration. This movie shows it.
