What a shame. Shame shame shame. Although this is INDEED a fictional drama, it doesn’t change the fact that it adopts real names and family relations of one of the most respected king in Korea. The writer and director should at least TRY and attempt to work on getting the basic bone structure of historical facts right. People are not upset about the evil spirits/zombie/ghosts/exorcism in the story but gross misrepresentation of Korean culture in general. This really is a big shame considering how Korean dramas are played and watched by people ALL AROUND THE WORLD. It makes people wonder if the writer and directors of this drama really have no shame what-so-ever. Every job comes with certain responsibility, and it is important to understand WHAT you do and HOW you do your job actually matters. Inaccuracies and gross misrepresentations like these WILL damage and misrepresent Korean history and culture to people all around the world. SHAME. Many Koreans are angered by such shameless and stupid actions of these producers and they, including myself, will be actively screening any productions produced by them. Really. LEARN TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY and FEEL SHAME.
