This movie was aimless, overstuffed, and poorly written. About the only thing I cared for was the signature hallmarks of Raimi horror mixed with some real comic book feel. That was nice, I guess. I have never cared less for an MCU movie right after walking out of the theatre. The acting was half hearted, but even if they really wanted to, I dont think tje script would have let any of the actors deliver a memorable performance. The plot was a thinly veiled excuse to whisk characters into new setpeices, introduce new characters, and probably set up a few things down the road. I will take literally any MCU entry over this, any day. It made Eternals and Thor 2 look like masterpieces. This was Suicide Squad level trash

Great central plot, excellent fight scenes, and some pretty cool Sci fi. The movie was overcrowded and spent more time signalling how you should feel than actually earning the emotional payoffs it was trying to present. In typical Marvel fashion, this movie was trying to be everything to everyone by juggling about seven different genres and doing none particularly well. If this movie had been streamlined and had one dominant genre (think Winter Soldier or Gaurdians of the Galaxy), I would have loved it. As it was, I rate this somewhere in the middle of the MCU's lineup. Nothing inherently wrong, but also rushed and overburdened, much like Age of Ultron.

Please stop making awful remakes

Masterfully written, filmed, and acted. This is a story that needed to be told. I would love more movies set in this universe but please God do not give us a sequel.

I had a high school class where we all had to make a movie over the course of a week and our production values were higher than this shows'. I once rode in the back of a family friend's car with their five year old who proceeded to tell time the plot of the movie he was planning. It was a Star Wars movie with dinosaurs and sharks. It was better written than Batwoman. Don't waste your time
