Interesting premise but very lacking in story. Earth has come to an end but the characters don't react logically when they find out. They never tell you what actually happened that destroyed everything and it is frustrating as a viewer to spend two hours wondering about it. This movie makes you want to throw your shoe at the screen. It is one unbelievable thing after.another. The science is sooo off it is ridiculous. A moon of Jupiter is habitable? It takes weeks to get here? You can swim in the artic without getting hypothermia? One thing that is good is the art direction and the cinematography.

An extraordinary series. Complex, riveting, thought provoking, funny, poetic. The best Star Trek ever. The script builds on the franchise with great craft. Taking on the overdone topic of synthetic life but with a superior approach. The production is a joy to watch. And.a.great.finale.

A masterpiece without doubt but not an enjoyable experience. The film makes you wince, gasp, nervously laugh, wonder, loathe, think, dread, empathize, squirm and stumble out of the theatre with your eyes wide open. A rollercoaster ride if I ever saw one. The first half is the ascending and just hold your lunch for the way down. There might be more realistic, inspiring and even more breathtaking stories told of pain and suffering in the class struggles but nothing will make you feel and taste it like this engrossing and provoking film.
