Poor acting all around- none of it felt believable, or even likeable. Even Brendan Fraiser's character seemed shaky and uncertain, at best, when he is always seen as the rock you can count on. Rick had little connection with the new Evie, who brought absolutely nothing to the film. She was always the smart clever one in the past, but this character was dull and lifeless and very unlike her former self.. seemed that in the rush to put this film out, everything about her was forgotten and she became a one dimensional background tag along instead of the smart quick witted partner in crime to Rick she always was. They used to have amazing chemistry- not here. Smart of Rachel to pass on this film, it did a grave disservice to her, Brendan, and the entire cast. Alex's character was odd- he had few different accents throughout, sometimes he spoke like he was from New York even though in the 2nd film it was clear he had a british accent. I guess he couldnt pick just one? Also just a very unlikeable character. Jonathan seemed to be roughly the same as in the past, just with less spunk or excitement behind him.
There was little to no humor throughout the movie, which made it very boring. Just an absolute let down from the beginning- Was ready to leave in the first 10min. Overall it felt far removed from the other films and I would not recommend wasting time to watch it
