i had heard mixed reviews from friends of mine who played the game before i did, but i had to play it for myself to know how to really feel about it and i had been wanting to play it for a while. i just recently bought it and while there were some glitches on missions (which are easily fixed) and you phase through your horse a few times, i’m still giving it five stars because it doesn’t affect the performance of the game or how much you would enjoy it. the storytelling was immersive, the graphics and animation were hyper realistic and just overall stunning to look at, i found myself sympathizing with characters who probably didn’t deserve it and hating those who definitely did, the symbolism for certain things was absolutely breathtaking. it’s first time i’ve ever cried while playing a game just because the storyline is so beautiful and tragic at the same time. and i don’t know if it’s just me, but i felt like there were certain life lessons meant to be pushed across to the player. yeah, you shoot people and steal to survive, but that’s not the only aspect of the game. and i’m sure i didn’t even get to meet all the npcs that you meet along the journey. either way, this game is well worth it’s price, i highly recommend it for anyone.
