To start with, I have immense respect for Mr GVM who to me and many rules the romance genre like no other.But there is more to this gentleman than just that. That is exactly what this movie in Particular proves. Film making at its best and an ace product from this talented director. His nuances, finesse and subtleness are key and core to how this movie captivated everyone’s attention from minute one. The crowd I watched with was dead silent for most part. When the movie culminated, the applause was deafening! STR was phenomenal in this movie. Full credit to him and we earnestly hope he does not stop here and reaches the heights that he is truly capable of. The sky is the limit by the way for this talent house. This movie is not your regular gangster saga. Which is what makes it special. It makes you leave aside your habit of being rushed and instead allows you to ease into your seat and shut the outside world and travel alongside the journey of GVM and STR. Very very tastefully sculpted and hats off to the entire team. Last but not least, GVM is very very particular about how well he represents women in his movies and the kind of respect he displays towards them is a lesson on its own to everyone around. Cannot wait for the rest of his movies which are to be released.

Beautiful movie. Mr Surya has rendered an epic performance. He was always known for being a method as well as an excellent actor but this movie is a notch above. Special mention to the director for she has broken many norms and tags and scripted an epic story. I wish this had released in theatres for this is one of the best movies in recent times.
