It's not going to be for everyone. Some people weren't able to appreciate/just straight didn't enjoy the unique telling of the story - but for me it was a powerful way of telling a fascinating story. Sure they could have just made it a regular old drama, but this more multifaceted approach was far more compelling, thought provoking and interesting. If you want a story 'told proper' this isn't for you. If you want a beautiful dramatic portrayal which forces you to think, consider your preconceptions and look into other people's lives - then this is for you
