Great book and I highly recommend it. Dr. Costa was a great inspiration for me as a teacher. I had the opportunity to attend a workshop that he led and I can say that this book summarizes the topic very well. I thank to Dr. Arthur Costa, wherever he is, his teachings and proposals were successfully applied in the Faculty of Medicine of the University where I work
