This movie was something else. It's a non stop adrenaline ride the entire way through. It earns every minutes of it's 3 hour runtime, because everything in this movie needed. Everything feels like it's part of the plot, and if you left the theater once to go to the bathroom, or get a refill, you probably missed something integral to the main storyline. It pulls from Batman mythos like no other movie, and highlights the mythical and horror aspects of the character. The detective work is great, and done so well. The performances were incredible, with Paul Dano stealing the show with every scene he is in. The Bat and the Cat relationship is so well built as well. There really aren't any flaws in this movie other than small nitpicks. Sure some CG is a bit weird, but most of the movie is fully practical, which is why it sticks out. I did wish we got more of Paul Dano's Riddler, which is more of a compliment than anything. This will go down as one of the best Batman, and comic book movies of all time.
