Amazing casting!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delight to see all the veterans of acting. This mini-series keeps you on the edge from start to end. The bureaucracy and diplomacy side of the incident was captured very effectively. Use of real footages and back stories to explain why things are happening the way they are, gives this show a more docu-drama feel. Standouts from the stellar cast l include Manoj Pahwa, Vijay Verma, Arvind Swamy and Anupam Tripathi. Wished to see more screen time for Naseeruddin Shah, Kumud Mishra and Pankaj Kapur. All in all, a must watch.

Shekhar Home follows the same tonality of the BBC Sherlock series, especially the background score, partly due to the reason that it is produced by the same production house BBC. The weakest of the 6 episodes is the 1st one, which reminds a lot of BBC Sherlock's 1st episode 'A Study in Pink', but once you get past that, rest of the 5 episodes have some new treatment which audiences will like. The best of the lot is the last episode with a twist that I did not see coming! (I'm a big fan of BBC Sherlock and read all the Sherlock stories). All in all, it is a good adaption of Sherlock Holmes set up in the backdrop of 90's era of West Bengal. K.K. Menon is brilliant and Ranvir Shorey has done a great job too!

It's a musical treat for all those who appreciate classical Indian music. With the backdrop of beautiful city of Jodhpur, this story weaves a plot which at the onset looks like just an "east meets west" story but inside, it's a more intricate story that revolves around the musical "gharanas" of Rajasthan and their lifestyles. The star of this show is the music (read: magic) created by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The research done by the team on classical music is worthy of applaud. The kind of detailing shown in classical singing and production design is so good that it altogether brings a new freshness to the era of web series that are focused more on crime and thriller genres now a days. Coming to the cast of the series, Ritwik Bhowmick stole the show and does most of the heavy lifting in the plot. Shreya Chowdhary starts okay but picks up strongly as the story moves on. They both showed great chemistry and have great potential in the OTT platform. Naseeruddin Shah, Sheeba Chaddha, Atul Kulkarni, Rajesh Tailang and Rituraj Singh did great justice to their roles. Special mention to Amit Mistry, Kunal Roy Kapur and Rahul Kumar (Kabir) as they were a treat to watch. The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is because when you make a show like this which the Indian middle class people can enjoy with their whole family, you could've done it without all the unnecessary cuss words and sexual innuendos. Overall, a great series by Anand Tiwari and Amritpal Singh Bindra. Eagerly waiting for Season 2.

It's a simple film with simple aspirations. The film though centralized around Ayesha Takia's character, beautifully captures the two personas played by the brilliantly acted Ranvijay. The movie based in a fictional town of the Nilgiris, showcases a beautiful hill station and calming scenery - lush green mountains, vast tea gardens, small farm houses on top of mountains, waterfalls and toy train. It's a beautiful movie with an interesting story by Nagesh Kukunoor. Still wondering why it didn't strike a cord with box office critics.
