This movie was a real trip. Lavish settings, interesting story telling, every shot transported us to a regal royal age but also grounded in reality. Action sequences were realistic. This movie is a class act, and a future classic 100%. This is a really good show. And I am not saying this lightly. I watched and re-watched the show with an open mind going in with 0 expectations. - The new approach to story telling, is a refreshing change. Seriously, if they had stuck to he-man vs Skeletor from the get go, it would have made for a dull experience. - There are multiple hero's journeys being handled simultaneously for multiple character, all woven intricately in every episode. There is depth of character development - The animation is top notch. The magic of Eternia has been captured really well. - To anyone thinking of giving this show a viewing, go in with a neutral mind and you will be surprised it is indeed a good story. - Don't get misled by some folks a vocal minority dissing the show. Give it a shot and form your own opinion. - I am a huge fan of He-man (he was after all the first hero, I met in my life back in 90s). I also became involved with the mythos of Conan the Barbarian and King Kull, 2 legendary characters who formed the basis for the creation of He-man in the first place. - All I will say is, coming from that background. I still enjoyed this show. - Finally, youtube, has become an echo chamber of sorts, with opportunists (hosts of these shows), pre-programming their subscribers, and riling them up, just to boos their popularity/subs by dissing MOTU: Revelations. Don't allow yourselves to be played, watch and form your own independent opinion. I am sure that is what (Conan or even He-man would do).
