A powerful realistic movie. Nobody should miss this gem. A clever portrayal of how bureaucracy works in India and how humans often try to find the beast outside of them but it is something which is lurking in the core of themselves. Very 'Lord of the flies' esque. For me the motive of this movie is to make people aware of the fact that any action, however small or big, good or bad, has an immense impact on humanity as a whole. So make choices that are beneficial to all sentient beings, not just man.
