The fact that a woman is telling a gruesome real story and showing an ugly side of Indian society which is predominantly “sanskari”(which basically translates to oppressiveness) while the real story is being completely ignored because a part of morally irresponsible India would rather bash her on her political views regarding the current state of India than actually look at the real problem the movie is presenting so starkly should tell you how deeply convoluted Indians can be. It’s disturbing to say the least.
