Having been a sergeant with the LA Sheriff’s Department for 25 years, I’m embarrassed how inaccurate and ridiculous this series is. I hope no one who watches this is motivated to become a deputy sheriff, Andy Griffith was a better role model. I gave it 12 minutes before I moved on even though I knew it was going to be bad after the first minute When an unshaven, I’m too cool to follow orders, sloppy patrol sergeant started lecturing the undersheriff on how to run the department. I turned it off when he was joining a pursuit wearing a cowboy hat in some sort of modified patrol vehicle. Ever see that in the news, no?, me either or ever on the job. More reality watching Adam 12.
