This is by far the best book available on diet, food, eating, health and the understanding the big picture behind why we eat (ie for long term health)
Dr Steven Lin has done an incredible job of researching, thinking out of the box, finding answers and he is blessed with loads of practical common sense and intuitively knows where to find the answers. I know a dentists advice falls out of the frame we have, that diet advice should come from doctors, dietitians, nutritionists and health and exercise gurus... but most people give you advice based on short term thinking... this book is what the world needs to hear.
This book MUST be on your reading list and it should be part of ALL school education programmes. No parent should be allowed to parent without this advice. Put down all the other books on diet, health and fads and add this to the top of your list now.
