It is a great book by William Shakespeare. The ghost of the King of Denmark tells his son Hamlet to avenge his murder by killing the new king, Hamlet's uncle. Hamlet feigns madness, contemplates life and death, and seeks revenge. His uncle, fearing for his life, also devises plots to kill Hamlet. The main characters are Hamlet, Ghost of King Hamlet, Gertrude, Claudius, Ophelia, Laertes, and Polonius. The play Hamlet's major theme is death. It is the death of the King Hamlet that triggers the events in the play one after another. When the Prince Hamlet hears about the news of his father's death, he comes back to Denmark. He is shocked at the early remarriage of his mother with his uncle. Hamlet feigns madness, contemplates life and death, and seeks revenge. His uncle, fearing for his life, also devises plots to kill Hamlet. The play ends with a duel, during which the King, Queen, Hamlet's opponent and Hamlet himself are all killed. In my opinion, this book is for the people above 14 years old and also for those who like plays and acts. I will rate it 5/5 because we can make a play with this story.
