Within the first episode it becomes very clear that the original story and plot of the books means absolutely nothing to the show runners. As someone who may watch the show with no knowledge of the books you may be entertained but surely you wouldn't consider this show an enthralling spectacle of a series. If you are a book fan you will be disappointed and continue to be greatly disappointed. Disrespectful to the source material. 1 star
