Meh. This show is unique for showing off a video game character because there aren't too many of those around. I love all the encounters Sonic has with his enemy, Dr. Eggman. It's funny watching him get destroyed non-stop and having to put time and effort into building more robots, but it gets really old after a while, and the animation for the show isn't the best. There are occasionally animation errors, inconsistencies, and even scenes where the characters actually CLIP into each other, like whenever Sonic spin-dashes into all the robots to attack them. Speaking of which, there are not enough frames during the fights between Sonic and Eggman. When ever a robot gets attacked, the only frames that seem to be there are the frames when Sonic attacks the robot, and when it's remains fall to the ground. It feels as if the robots are teleporting when they're destroyed are defeated. I also hate how many characters are missing, like Shadow (aside from one episode), Silver, Chao, Mighty, classic Sonic, or Rouge to name a few. The setting is interesting because it's finally not in Green hill Zone, and I like how Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Sticks have their own unique personalities and traits, but where on Earth are the chaos emeralds that turn Sonic into Super Sonic. There is also a lot of copy and paste with the characters like Cubot, all of Eggman's minions, or things in the setting like the trees and houses. I still like this show, it's better than CN's trash like Annoying Orange and Teen Titans Go, but the animation is what brings it down.
