I feel this book is helpful . Except saying one needs to do 15% of one kind of food or10% of another does not really tell me what to eat. Guess I just don't understand how to follow the percentages in planning meals. I have been trying to follow the Keto diet Since Sept. of 2019 . I have lost 23 lbs. my gold is to loose 7 more lbs. I know I am eating to many carbs. Have trouble counting them. Help !!!!!
