Great cast, although Thompson's character is the one I like least so far. Darren Boyd looks like he's enjoying it too much! The plot may be a bit silly -- if the secret services wanted to put you off a scent they probably wouldn't behave sinister and threatening. But it's a story. Oxford looks even nicer than it really is. The script is enjoyable I wish I'd written it.

It's pretty good - assuming it's intentionally
tongue in cheek, great cast well scripted.

Funny, very clever, but depressing and quite hard work. Might be better as a stage play.

Season 3 is slower and darker than its predecessors, but the finale is to die for.

Love it! The highlight is the dialogue. Superb cast.
The scenario of an organisation divided between those strutting around a cool building versus the dregs, the team dynamics & motivation of a group who believe they have something to prove and nothing to lose... It has a credibility far beyond spy thrillers.
Will we ever find out whether the organisation was intentionally designed with this in mind? Would Jackson Lamb ever admit it? Or would that break the spell?
Criticisms? If it has faults, to be fair, the books have the same issues. Some of the technical tricks e.g. hacking & tracking stretch credibility. Sometimes resolving the plot is hurried. But where they've departed from the books, I think it's generally been an improvement.

The good: faithful to the original movie reproducing its most iconic scenes and beautifully simple visual tricks. Noticeably beautiful costumes. Didn't shy away from exploring sexual themes and link to vampire legends. It works as a Gothic novel might.
Casting Willem DeFoe maybe a nod to Shadow of the Vampire which adds some dark humour and satire on the movie industry to the genre.
As a modern horror movie Nosferatu didn't scare me enough, maybe because we see full detail of Count Orlok in full monstrous form too early in a rather long film. The original movie was much shorter so didn't have time to build up the fear, tension and only at the end deliver release. This movie, having ample time, could have used it more effectively. In fact extremely economic use of time and living within technical limitations is what made the original such a classic

So awful it's toe-curling, embarrassing and painful, it makes me cringe, it's such a travesty

Funny, violent, really great cast, great car chases, explosions, great soundtrack what more could you ask?
A lady psychiatrist, the only major female role, who is quite enjoying the excitement but can't stop the psychobabble, hilarious.
Loved it
