In my opinion, this is the closest thing to Half-Life 3. This mod when it was released is popular because it's very good and there also another mod that might change Half-Life 2 modding scene forever, it's Half-Life 2: Inhuman. It got animation that looks like it's from Half-Life Alyx, and I think this is probably going to be good.
