Like usual when I watch a Netflix movie I have not idea of what it is about. This one turned out to a lot better than I though it would be, and it has a lot of high level stars in it. For many vets getting out of the service can be a problematic experience especially if they have faced a great deal if combat. A lot of these veterans have Traumatic memories of fighting the enemy in hand to hand experience. All wars are horrible things and how people respond to those experiences can be life shattering. Sgt. Will Gardener is represent of one of those soldiers who has troubles getting is life back in order. Sad but probably true experiences for way too many Veterans. Glad I watched it though since it was a reminder of people who give their all and then have a problem letting go and getting back into civilian life.

I enjoyed the movie when I watched it on Netflix this morning. Marilyn is from my generation the cast performed this movie admirably. No complaints on the acting. Everyone did a good job and the movie did look good. That is what can happen to someone when your successes come to early. Like most people of that era, we didn't know Marilyn personally, so not sure what she was really like. Most of her movies were box office successes.

I just got done watching this on Netflix and it does wander around a lot, but it is still enjoyable to watch. It is a movie made for teenagers, but it can be enjoyed by any age. You can pick it apart, but if you look at it in total, you can see the difficulties of life for young people. I am glad that is all behind me, but while the story may have been a bit weak, the actors enthusiasm carried the day. I wouldn't have wanted to watch this kind of movie every day, but for a one off, you can just sit back and relax and watch someone else have the fun and misery! This movie is obviously Netflix Fill Movie and remember if you didn't watch it on a streaming service lately, you would have never seen it.

Gruesome but good! Not easy to watch as most violence is not, but the actors did a good job of pulling it off. It was kind of far fetched, but anything is possible as we are seeing in Hollywood today. I saw the movie this morning on Netflix and enjoyed it even with the bloody scenes. It really wasn't much about music even though there was some Cello Playing! It was about an academy where young girls were being trained with some Hanky-Pank going on by the Owner of the academy. A lot of people died before getting the end of the movie and also a few amputations along the way. Watch the movie and get the full impact of it!

The main thing that I can say is I thoroughly enjoyed it!. It was light and airy and see that they made it in 2003 and I had never heard of it before. Just watched it on Netflix not really knowing what it was about, but was pleasantly surprised. Good Cast of Characters and all of them performed great. An easy plot to follow as a lot of films on Netflix have very complex plots, but this was easy and it was fun to watch everyone in action. I gave it a thumbs up and saw that it had a rating 5.9 rating on IMDB! That is why Netflix is so nice. I am retired and watch about 30 movies a month and every once in a while on is as top of the 30 and this is the one! Worth the Watch! It cost about $20 Million to make and took in almost $50 Million. That is 16 years ago and the market might make it difficult to afford today.

I am not ready to pick this movie apart since I found it enjoyable, but maybe a little far fetched. The actors did a good job with their parts and almost made it seem plausible The featured characters were enjoyable to watch. It had a $30 million dollar budget, and $14 million box office. According to this it is a flop, but glad they made it anyway. This should see a pretty good streaming income and actually made it worthwhile to make it. Watched it this morning on Netflix and it was 2 hours well spent.

This is a movie showing the effect of raising children with an active belief in religion. When you have 4 children, it can be difficult to get the results you want. No one wants to raise children who are difficult to raise and then difficult in their later lives and children raised in a Religious background are taught the skills that they need to have to get along in life and have an enjoyable family themselves. I am not particularly religious, but was raised in a church going family and went to a church grade school which looking back was probably in my best interest. If you are religious at all, then you might enjoy this film. It is G rated and certainly enjoyable to watch. It is an hour and a half well spent after watching so many R and MA rated movies on Netflix!

I used to work for a Radio Station back in Indiana close to the Illinois line and one year I had to take a tape recorder to a bar where they recorded the music for playback later on the Station! I heard more polka music that year than I have in all the years of my life before and after those events. I am not of Polish decent and a song or two did not bother me, but an hour a week for a few months was enough for me. Since this is a true story, the music and the palaver by Jack Black was necessary. Actually all of the actors did a fine job, but I had not idea that so much polka music was involved in watching it. If you like Polka Music this may be just the movie for you, If you are iffy or negative on Polka Music pick another film to watch on Netflix. I did watch the full movie but it was less than enjoyable to me. This is definitely a straight to Streaming Film since I don't think that it ever saw the inside of a Movie Theater!
