The movie is completely carried by the extraordinary performance by Mr. Phoenix. However there are some places where the movie goes over dramatic seems limited. Other actors can't do enough justice to their character rather I say they have very little time in the movie. I want to give this movie a 3.35/5 . After all we get a brand new joker, which is better than any other previous joker (except Heath Ledger). Sure shot a must watch.
