Was expecting much better quality story than what it was. They spent 13 years for a sequel this bad?

This TV Series was really great, the characters, story is predictable. But the Winston/Fatso and Guerrero's fights are always fun to watch. Oh right, on season 1 or 2: There was a scene where Winston had to change to air steward, which was very funny.
