Firstly I am a medical student and I am successful in achieving my lifetime dream only because of my strong dedication and perseverance. Any dream meets success when the person who dreams first thinks positive and have enough courage to step ahead despite all odds, then comes the role of others. And in 21st century where the world has witnessed advancements in every field of life including gender equality, a girl should be boosted up mentally not only by herself but also by her family and society to win up her aspirations and emerge as a better self who will secure her self identity through the uniqueness of her thought and convertion of her dreams into reality. But there are places where people who ought to be the pioneer in the path of inspiration and success become a hurdle. This daily soap is a stunt presentation of this bitter truth. It highlights the advanced mentality of a girl from a middle class family struggling for her right, her dignity, her education contradictory to the old age narrow minded thought of an otherwise qualified modern day Professor. Is this education where the Professor being himself such a wise person doesn't hesitate to think that a potent woman should also limit herself to kitchen and family welfare only? This serial beautifully portrays Anokhi as a representative of every such girl whose eyes sparkle with ambitions, who places her self respect more than anything, even her career, who has the courage and confidence to face any struggle that barriers her path to destiny and most importantly who believes in her capabilities and doesn't respect her potential less than a potent man. Anokhi is simple, innocent, talented both educationally and culturally but still polite in her actions. Her advanced mentality, seeing of things from a different perspective even influences her Professor Shaurya gradually. He is coming out from the dark world to which he belonged in his thoughts and slowly emerging as a better soul after encountering his student Anokhi. His interaction with her has led to a remarkable advancement of his thought process. This serial needs a mass acknowledgment and full hearted support, at least from all women of our society who dreams of a better life, an independent life with a worthy self identity, free from the dominating grasp of any man, be it her father, brother, husband or even her son. I whole heartedly support this serial. And I must say that if this serial isn't acknowledged then it clearly clarifies that our society is still mean minded and not mentally advanced enough to accept this.
