The background narrator can barely be heard over sound effects in the program *Mayday * very faint voice like amplification isn't on. It isn't my t.v. Also, when dubbing in English over non-English speaker, the BACKGROUND foreign speaker drowns out the English voice over. What's the point if nothing can be heard.
