What a disappointment. Lots of arguments, infighting, not amusing. The character of Joanne makes me mad because she is difficult to please, too much of her self and in fact was even disrespectful of the Jewish religion. I was happy that they finally “broke up” in the last episode because it is closer to reality. But getting back with Noah in the end was just inappropriate. How could a nice guy like Noah fall for a lady like Joanne?

The dishes are well researched and the special effects of taste and aroma are commercial advertising quality. The cinematography and costume design is authentic including the cooking tools and kitchen. Every one interested in food should watch this film. Hands up to Korean films.

Excellent storyline. Never boring. The legal cases have human touch. I thought the high profile law firm will be about corporate law. The scrip is sharp, never dull and lengthy. The lead actor is admirable, very professional but humane at heart.

Its 2025, if you want light, funny yet can learn about relationships, this is the movie. Specifically the ability to express ones' self which most Asians are not trained to be straight forward is relieving. I was hooked because the superb performance of actress Mone Kam. Such as skilled and flexible actress. It is my first time to watch Sakoh Takeru, and his role as the insensitive/snob lover was a good contrast to the full-of-life Ms. Sakura. The slow yet interesting progress of the story makes one stay and continue, without the stress of a usual American moview.

Above all the good points written here. I would like to add that that we see a stronger Japanese women, not afraid to speak, make the first moves, and in control.

One of the best films in Netflix. This is one film that is good at flashbacks and even what will transpire in next . No confusion, but calmly prepares the audience what to expect.

Liberating ! from exes, in-laws, tradition, and social roles. This movie applies to all women of all races. Love this!

Its all about equality. Equality of gender, race, and disability. This movie opened my eyes that we are all victims of 'political' decisions in life. It could stand for family expectations, social demands and even traditions. This movie is well made for our times regardless of nationality. It is also educational. Movies do not just entertain but teaches us of our rights. The legal cases taken here related to everyday challenges which normally we just keep silent about. I also believe that one way or the other we have a bit of the autism spectrum, i.e. I do make those tissues stand up on boxes and align the chairs before I leave. It is so funny to see these little things which autistic or not, we all can relate too. Congratulations to all the people behind this extraordinary film. Happy for her and new found family life. She is young and needs to be further educated in the world of the rich and famous particularly to be more discreet, maybe find a personal stylist and life coach fit for a princess.

Truly entertaining. All actors are really good. Good pacing and never boring.
