Bloated, blurry, and boring, Army of the Dead started off with a bang (the intro promised a much better movie than was delivered) and ended with a whimper (me crying at the 2.5 hours of my time wasted). How Snyder can ruin such an interesting premise with such a horribly told story points to the fact that he is not meant to be writing the movies he is directing.
