I had incredibly low expectations as a fan of both the books and game series, expecting this to flop. I ashamedly admit i also didn't think I could see Henry Cavill pulling Geralt off. I've been blown away at every turn. Everything from the acting, the screenplay, the tone and asthetics are true to the series. So far season one has left me better impressions than the first season of Game of Thrones.
