Maybe oneday a screen writer will bother to educate themselves about the decade after the FBI surveillance in Seberg life.Romain Gary who solely blamed that episode for her death was also known to be a pathological liar,as reported in The New Yorker and other publications .He and Seberg were often seen in France as competing with Jane Fonda and Roger Vadim for attention and martyrdom.After the FBI scandal in the US, in an interview with The NY TImes, Seberg completely distanced herself from the Black Panthers and made excuses for her support.Overseas she went onto create a scandal in Algeria involving their president for which she was deported.Algerians are often marginalized in FRance, as Blacks are in the USA. If Seberg was troubled by the exploitation of people, she seemed to have no problem doing so herself. Her social causes always seemed to involve extramarital affairs. In Paris she was living with an Algerian,Not her then husband,creating more controversy around her life. Pity she didn't just pick one man or gone home to Iowa and stayed there,or focused more on raising her son.IT appears throughout her life Seberg "had it all",but it was never enough. The facts around her death add up to foul play not suicide,her lover (who she me in April and was dead by August)another known liar and allegedly abusive, benefited financially, aggressively after her death.,then disappeared.Maybe oneday someone will do credible research into the matter and spare us from the tearjerker imaginarium of Anna Waterhouse,Joe Shrapnel and others of their ilk. For now critical and box office failure will suffice. Kristen Stewart appears to be playing Ellen DeGeneres not the truly beautiful SEberg.
