Their are many bugs in LOTRO and Many Quests that do not work. You can spend hours on a quest just to hit a dead end. Customer service in this game is non existent. It take a minimum of 16 to 19 hours for support to reply to your ticket if they even bother responding at al (99% of the time) The game is quite addicting but standing stone games doest seem to care if the game survives or dies. i dont think the game will survive for much longer. Way too many players have lost money in the game and Standing stone Games way of taking care of these players is too ignore them and close their tickets without bothering to respond.
