The first thing I thought when heard Chromatica's sound was Ru Paul (slay) and just that entire vibe, which I love. I don't have a favorite Gaga album, but this one is right up there with Born This Way and The Fame Monster. I'm the type of person to be like "Oh, I want to listen to You And I right now," "Now let's go over to Dance In The Dark," "Okay, now Applause," but this is the first album I've ever heard, where I could put it on in the car, and listen to it front to back.
I was having a really bad day yesterday, and was crying when I started listening, but by the time the album was done, I was dancing in my kitchen like a boss, not caring about the pain. (Though Alice made me start crying again lol) It's an intense dance record, but it's not EDM, which is too much for me personally (so this might be the album for you if your the same way). Replay was the most intense I've ever felt towards a song since I heard G.U.Y. for the first time! The entire album is amazing, but my favorites right now are, Replay, Sine From Above, Sour Candy, and Plastic Doll is quickly growing on me.
Don't get me wrong, I love Joanne and ARTPOP, but I think I love this album more! Even with all the delays, silences, and trying to save the world, it was worth the wait! Love you Gaga, Little Monsters unite xoxo! ๐โ
