i blame the parents for bad choices protecting their young daughter. What parent would allow a grown male to sleep in the same bed of their 12 year old daughter for 4 nights a week ??? The courts should have also maintained a no contact rulimg between the 1st and 2nd kidnapping. So.many things went wrong to protect this child!!
