I would give it a 5 star but somehow Klause and Violet get worse at acting throughout the series. Violet is horrible. She almost ruined the whole thing if it wasn't for everybody else in the show picking up her slack. Other than that, the show brings the books to life very well. Neil Patrick Harris does very well. I almost wish we could get the movie cast to do the series. All in all it's a very good show
