In my opinion I think Fifa 21 is not a bad game I enjoy grinding the game to get better players in your team. The only issue for me is EA. The worst video game company ever. My issue started in early February where my ultimate team account got ban from the transfer market for me it's my fault and I accept there ban. So for now on after the market ban I can't use the transfer market so I have no choice to grind the game to get better players for my team by doing objectives, playing weekend league, the boring squad battles and rivals. So I put in aleast over 300 plus hours grinding the game to build a better team. About 3 months later on I try to log on to ultimate team and I receive a message from EA saying they have disabled my account for repeated violation. I was shocked 😲 I don't know what I have done wrong in the game except for trading in the market which led to me getting transfer market banned but that was in February that was more than 3 months ago that I got market ban but now getting fully banned from ultimate team that's the next level. After getting the market ban I played the game normally but in EA eyes 👀 that led to me getting my account fully ban from ultimate team. I try to contact EA live support but it's so hard to get the live chat option and if you are lucky to get in the advisor is completed useless. They don't have the power to determine the status of your account its only the term of service team who makes the choice if they reverse the ban or keep you ban from the game. The advisor only can give you advice and create a case for your problems. It takes over 72 hours for the term of service team to respond to your case. I submitted 3 cases about wanting to dispute my banned or suspended account but I was not successful and they kept there decision to permanently ban me from ultimate team for no reason but only playing the game. They give no explanation why they permanently banned my account. One of the things I want to know is why o why they banned me from ultimate team. They can't even tell me the reason why. They just say they feel they made the right decision to ban me and won't be reversing there decision and happy to keep me banned from ultimate team. No explanation what so ever and you can't even get in touch with them on live chat only email but still they give you no explanation at all. So I feel I have been falsely banned from the game. I am worried if I buy the next Fifa game. I play the game for months and months and put in the hours and suddenly EA fully ban my account again all that time wasted for nothing. After this experience at getting my account ban for no reason I am not sure I will buy Fifa 22. EA I just want an explanation on why you permanently banned my account.
