This is a multiplayer review only. I haven’t bought a COD game since the remake of MW. Camping has plaqued this game for years and MW3 is the worst I’ve seen. Nothing but camping and sniping. Im done with COD until this changes. It needs a forum like the old socom games, where people could make their on rules and rooms. Players would be voted out of a room for camping in those games. I will never play COD again until they do something similar, to cut back on the camping and quick scoping snipers. It’s so annoying, to a point it just TICKS a person off and it’s not fun at all. I get it, some people love sniping. At least make a game mode that’s NO snipers allowed. That would help a lot.

This game is freaking awesome. The graphics and colors are amazing on a PS5. It’s a beautiful game and so much fun! This review is for the PS5 version. The controls are on point and smooth. The story mode is short but fun, it’s a good starting point. Ignore the trash 1 Star ratings from people that say “I’ve played MK my whole life and blah blah blah 🙄. This game is amazing, I love it. It’s a little buggy right now but almost all games are, when they first come out. They will fix it. Get it anyways.

Multiplayer review..This is a sold COD. I haven’t had any issues with the game like others claim to have had. It runs just like MW and is fast paced. For the most part, it’s smooth. It’s definitely better than Cold War. Cold War was the worst cod game ever made, in my opinion. People giving this game 1 star are not giving it a legit rating. However, cod is getting a little old year after year. The developers need to pickup their game, doing better with the evaluation of the series and new content. Not giving us old content year after year. I’ll probably skip out on the next COD game, I’m sorry to say. Unless the developers put effort into it and give us something special and a step up.

I’ll give my honest review. Please don’t listen to the 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews. Its neither. To be honest, i haven’t been a Black Ops fan since Black Ops 3. I loved Black Ops 2. Three and definitely 4, i didn’t like at all. In my opinion they were trash. Having said that, i’m enjoying Cold War. It’s not terrible and it’s not great. The movement is fine. However MW does run faster and smoother. The weapons have a slower rate of fire and not as smooth as MW. The campaign is fun. I don’t like the health meters and they seem to have nerfed SMGs and ARs, but snipers can still quick scope one shot kill. I also have never liked the Black Ops soundtrack. It’s kinda weird. Other than that.... The maps are ok. One map called “satellite” has become one of my all time favorite maps in any COD game. The problem all COD games have. To many camping snipers and quick scopers. It’s a prob that has plagued COD games since the beginning. Wished they would make a run-n-gun mode with no snipers or mines. I’m glad i purchased the game and i would recommend this Black Ops game for the campaign. It’s a lot of fun and a breath of fresh air, since the last 2 black ops were flops for me. Modern Warfare is still better by far, especially multiplayer. Just one gamers opinion 😁
