I never got into the first Comedy Central iteration of this show, so I'll leave the comparison gimmick to those who have seen both. For me, I'm a big fan of Taylor Tomlinson, so I'll admit my bias straight out. I do really enjoy this show. It has become an appointment watch for me. The first episode or two were a little shaky (especially the first, which is not unexpected given it was its first outing) but since then it has found a good rhythm and a nice vibe and I've enjoyed it a lot. Most episodes depend largely on the guests given that they are the main driver of the comedy as they riff on the various videos. Taylor is funny as hell, but she's the host and not doing her stand-up routine, so anyone expecting her to be more this or more that should probably realize that she does what the network will allow and can't just wing it as she probably could if it were still on cable or streaming alone. As it is, she's funny and the show is very well done, so it gets high marks from me.
