Beautiful film, so well made, every single second. These are the types of films Tripti is made for. Everything is so poetic, how do we expect others to accept us when we don’t accept our own? How do we fight for justice when we don’t believe in justice for all? What is justice when each human being doesn’t hold the same worth? I enjoyed this even more than the first Dhadak. Superb!

Brilliant light watch, beautiful dynamics, perfect comedy and cast such a shame that it has been cancelled, why do production companies kill off the best shows and keep such dead ones? Clearly this show had made a fan base, what a shame

Quite disappointing, this had the potential to be so much more. The actress who plays Andy isn't solely to blame; I believe the scriptwriter and director failed, making her character so incompetent and annoying. Why did they keep her in the same exact outfit for every episode?! It made no sense, she clearly couldn't wash and dry clothes, it's hard to believe her mother didn't leave a change of clothes in the storage unit, you finally see her change when she is with her uncle then she runs away and ends up in the same outfit again haha. From the first episode, I guessed the whole plot and 'secrets' that were to be unravelled, they had the suspense and great build up but to something that was blatantly obvious. Toni Collette is a brilliant actress regardless of what role she plays. This show was just executed poorly, it could have been condensed into a film.

I thought this was great. Having a parent or loved one who is paranoid, hallucinates etc and loves you so much feels like this. I can easily see this happening if my family were born in this setting. It’s upsetting but really hit me on a deeper level. Perfect length, was captivating through out and acting was subvert, I don’t understand why the rating is so low on IMDb.

EXCELLENT. Perfect balance of comedy, joy, suspense, unease.... I dont understand why the ratings are so low. The realisty of honour killings probably struck a cord with majority of desis. Ishaan and Jahnvi's acting was superb, her mother would be so proud. I can't fault this film at all, I have not enjoyed every aspect of a movie in years. Well done!

Could have been amazing but the victim blaming, ignoring the fact that Ivy was abused, has Stockholm syndrome and is essentially still the abducted 12 year old is absolutely sickening. I don’t know how the writers, producers or directors thought this would be the right narrative to go by. Total disregard for a character that should be protected, rehabilitated and treated with care. My head and my heart hurts after episode 4. I’m in shock, anyone who has been SA, undergone abuse, abducted, imprisoned, victim of pedophilia should NOT watch this. Truly truly sickening. It’s a shame because the acting is fabulous especially from Jodie Comer. It’s a shame her character was tortured and shown no humility.

Had very high expectations, was expecting it to be better than the Emily Blunt version. Needless to say, this seemed like a parody. The acting was utterly s***. Anushka Sharma or Alia Bhaat would be better suited to the role. Even then the acting and direction of every scene is dreadful. Seems like an amateur created this. One character that puzzled me was the police officer; why is she slapping everyone haha. The dismissal of the cctv tape scene at the party, where the lady was being harassed whilst drunk was unrealistic and frankly a HUGE flaw that needs to be addressed. Only half way through the film and I am writing this. I mean I would tell everyone to watch it just to observe how a movie should not be made. All in all this was a joke and beyond disappointing.
